Houston Texans interested in running back Le’Veon Bell

Bell is believed to be choosing between the Jets and the Baltimore Ravens.

One team that has been suggested as a possible destination for the All-Pro running back may not want him at all. They got some in the form of their newest wide receiver, but Bell is a player who could help dramatically change their offense even further. It's Day 1 of several insane and chaotic days to come, and Bell is already being connected to the Bears.

The Raiders may be a longshot for Bell because they lack the "real cash" (not salary cap space) to get it done, reports Chris Mortensen.

Bell, 27, has averaged 86.1 yards per game in the 62 total games he's played in his career.

Bell sat out all of the 2018 season rather than play under the franchise tag. Washington has expressed interest in bringing back veteran Adrian Peterson, who rushed for 1,042 yards last season. Finally, Joyner received a nice $42 million deal over four years with $16.7 million in guarantees, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. While both of those suspensions were reduced to just two and three games respectively, one more missed or failed test would result in Bell missing significantly more time - potentially up to a full season.

The much-sought after running back confirmed his choice on Twitter. He was also a top pass-catcher out of the backfield, finishing 10th in the league with 85 catches in 2017.

While Bell skipped all of previous year, he still figures to be in his prime at age 27.

This time, though, he never returned to the team.

Regardless of the skill that Bell possesses it appears teams aren't willing to meet his asking price. NY also acquired left guard Kelechi Osemele from Oakland over the weekend.
