Ariana Grande turned into Memoji for latest Apple Music ads

Along with the release of her latest album, Thank U, Next, Ariana Grande published a new music video for her next single, "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored", and the ending shocked many fans.

In an interview to an global wire agency, Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich had said that Grande is not performing at the award ceremony as she "felt it was too late for her to pull something together".

According to Ehrlich, he said they had conversations with Grande about performing at the 2019 Grammys, as he explained to The Associated Press that she ultimately "felt it was too late for her to pull something together".

And now, Ariana has broken her silence on the matter, claiming producers of the event refused to allow her to show her "creativity", despite her offering up "three different songs" that she could perform.

When Ariana Grande released "thank u, next" back in November, I knew I was going to hate it before I even heard it.

Ariana Grande's brand new album thank u, next is by far the most personal record she's ever released.

The pop princess's fifth album sees the star sharpen her brand of bubblegum pop with a biting personal edge.

As a 33-time nominee and nine-time victor, Rihanna's name is inextricably linked to the Grammys, though not always in the way she would prefer. She accused the producer-director of "lying" and blamed him for trying to curb her artistic vision. It would fall into line with themes which recur throughout the album, like in "NASA" and the self-love line on "Thank U, Next". The album dropped at midnight and fans lit up Twitter with their reactions. "Not politics. Not doing favours or playing games", Grande added to her 60 million Twitter followers. "I mean, theres not one of you in Crue who could go toe to toe with those vocals..." "Baby, you know time apart is beneficial/ It's like I'm the universe and you'll be N-A-S-A".

Of course, given how public Ariana's dating life is and how honest and open she's been with her fans about her break ups, many are now speculating as to who she's singing about on the track. Grande's "thank you's" seem like genuine appreciation for the ways her previous relationships have helped her grow into the person she is now. It's just a game y'all...
