Apple CEO's Defense Of iPhone Pricing Raises Questions

With the ability to pre-order and reserve a slot to collect the latest phones, fanfare at the Apple Store was less than earlier years of the iPhone, which saw hundreds of hopeful customers camping outside overnight. Below you'll find the five best-selling iPhone XS cases on Amazon right now, followed by the five best-selling iPhone XS Max cases.

Today is the day when Apple fans can finally get their hands on the new iPhone XS and XS Max.

iPhone XR comes in six new finishes: white, black, blue, yellow, coral and (PRODUCT) RED.

The first interesting revelation is that the iPhone XS has a smaller battery than the one found inside last year's iPhone X - 10.13Wh compared to 10.35Wh. The iPhone XS retails for Rs 99,900 (64GB), Rs 1,14,900 (256GB) and Rs 1,34,900 (512GB), while the iPhone XS Max retails for Rs 1,09,900 (64GB), Rs 1,24,900 (256GB) and Rs 1,44,900 (512GB).

Huawei recently passed Apple as the second-biggest smartphone seller in July, according to a report by technology analyst company Canalys.

Apple also introduced iPhone XR.

The iPhone XS will be available in Singapore at 8AM tomorrow (21 September).

As of now, you can no longer buy an iPhone SE directly from Apple.

A bright spot in an otherwise low-key upgrade is the dual SIM support, a feature that the company's much-touted iPhone X did not have.

YouTubers and worldwide entrepreneurs were among the first people in the world to buy the new Apple iPhones when models went on sale in Australia. It's no wonder then that these are the countries where Apple sells the most iPhones, while countries such as India and China tend to favor more affordable Android smartphones.

And Samsung's $1,000 Note9 phone, which came out in August, in some ways out-maxes even the iPhone Xs Max.

In India, the iPhone XS is priced at Rs 99,900 for the 64GB variant, Rs 1,14,900 for the 256GB variant and Rs 1,34,900 for the 512GB variant.

Selfies also get this threatment with Portrait mode on the front-facing TrueDepth camera.

There's something magical about new iPhones that can make their fans forget about sleep.
