6ix9ine's version of his robbery differs considerably from his police report

Sources told TMZ the 22-year-old Brooklyn-born rapper, whose birth name is Daniel Hernandez, was driving home after working on a music video in Brooklyn when a auto pulled up and blocked his driveway.

Last night, after shooting a music video, the rapper was in hospital after being robbed, TMZ report. A auto carrying three hooded men blocked him in, preventing Tekashi's escape, and the robbers dashed from their vehicle, pistol-whipped Tekashi and knocked him out. When he got to his house a source close to Tekashi said another vehicle immediately blocked him in his driveway.

Our sources say that's when 3 hooded gunmen got out of the other auto, grabbed Tekashi and pistol whipped him ... knocking him unconscious.

Allegedly, the kidnappers threatened to kill him if he didn't give up jewelry and cash.

They returned to his home, where the rapper's girlfriend and daughter were inside but were not harmed.

The gunmen then drove away with Tekashi still in the back seat. The driver called 911 and then asked him to get out of the vehicle at an intersection.

The rapper later checked himself into a hospital, where he is receiving a battery of tests and refuses to cooperate further with police. Tekashi was treated for his wounds and the doctors reportedly performed a cat scan to check out the severity of his head injury.

In June, Hernandez was arrested at John F. Kennedy Airport on a warrant for charges out of Texas related to an altercation at a shopping mall in Houston back in January.

Day69 debuted at number four on the Billboard Hot 200 chart, Tekashi 69 worked with Fetty Wap on KeKe and his most recent collaboration was with Nicki Minaj on FEFE, which was released only hours before the reported attack.
